Halcon Vision Controlled Pick and Place/Weld Robots

This advanced vision project required that metal stock on a pallet be located in 3D space for the robot to retrieve as part of a recipe driven configurable build line. This project was at the extreme capabilities of vision as the metal stock was stacked in no definable position on the pallets requiring some advance filtering and calculations to accurately located each part in the stack.

Implementation of several new barcode readers for accountability tracking at one of our automotive customers.

This post paint wax and foam application line consisting of 6 robots utilized 2D+ IRVision to locate and apply black wax and foam as required.
